Ms. Taylor is one of the founders and currently Vice President of Sales for Finito Services doing business as Sunspot Inns, Resorts & Vacation Rentals. In her duties she oversees all in-bound and out-bound sales activities for all Sunspots managed or booked properties.

She is a member of the Vacation Rental Industry Association (www.VRIA.org) and on the advisory board for its Multiple Listing Services (www.VRMLS.org). With over 10 years experience in the lodging management industry Penny holds the Certified Vacation Rental Manager (CVRM) designation.

Penny began her career at an advertising agency after graduating from the University of Washington. Later she moved into television sales and management eventually reaching the position of Sales Manager for one of Seattle's largest television stations.

From there Cable Television came calling and Penny took over what was to become Northwest Cable Advertising a company that sold and coordinated advertising on a number of cable changes throughout the Northwest United States. In 2000 she retired as Vice President and General Manager having grown the company from 17 to 500 employees.

After spending time in the high-tech business Penny helped found Sunspot Resorts with her husband William May. Sunspots manages and has grown into a multi-state operator of vacation rental homes and small inns and resorts. Taylor and May also own Willapa Properties which invests in such properties and they have a few other smaller business interests as well.

As a life long volunteer Penny has served on the Boards of the Woodland Park Zoo, the Seattle Advertising Federation, the Cable Advertising Bureau and Child Haven. She has held the positions of President of both Seattle Advertising Federation and Child Haven the later of which holds a special place in her heart due to its mission of protecting abused and neglected children.

Penny and William have one child, a son Taylor who is college and looking to Astro Biology. They live in Seattle and travel frequently to the other markets where they own and manage properties.
