For 26 years, starting in 1860, Lorinda Scammon's parlor - in what became known as the town of Montesano - served as the County Seat of the area.

We picked that name for this Bungalow because it sits somewhat centrally and you could have your entire family here for a meeting or, better yet, for a nice dinner. And like all Beachwood condos, it has been renovated from top to bottom.

There is an extra large living room with couch, chairs and TV. It adjoins the kitchen which is also new and with all the utensil you need to make that dinner.
