Birch Bay & Semiahmoo Area Enter Sunspot Resorts (News item #76 published: 03/20/08)

The area is one of Washington State's favorite recreation destinations and, due to its proximity to Vancouver British Columbia one of Canada's favorites also. Now Sunspots Resorts a growing Vacation Rental company has opened for business in the Birch Bay market that includes Semiahmoo, Blaine and Point Reports.

"There are a large number of rentals in the area, but they have not been promoted with the musclle Sunspots offers," said Tracie Green the new Manager for the area. "With offices around the Northwest and even in Hawaii, Sunspots will introduce a whole new group of visitors to the attractions of the lovely seaside communities."

"Long ago Tracie worked for us in Seattle, later moving to Bellingham and becoming a top real estate agent," said William May, President of Sunspot Resorts. "Once we decided to put an office in Bellingham for Birch bay and surrounding locations I begged Tracie to rejoin the family!"

The company is taking on management for condos, townhomes and private vacation homes using its proven system of front-office services and back-office marketing, adminstration and central reservations service.
