Tamara Hall Named Sunpots Crystal Mountain Partner (News item #209 published: 05/18/10)

Sunspots bought into the Mount Rainier Vacation Rental Business from Ms. PC Dickinson and Mr. Rob Meinert recently and they will be consulting with the company to continue their prior services and additional marketing, onsite services and benefits for our Owner Clients.

"With the addition of Tamara Hall to the team, Owners can count on an extra hand to assist with their properties" said Jim Hough, Sunspot's regional supervisor. "She has a great background in customer service and engineering so managing properties is right up her alley.

Tamara has been a property owner in the Greenwater Crystal Village community for years and an active Ski Instructor with the Crystal Mountain Alpine Club for over 20 years.

"My love of the area really motivated me to make this move", said Tamara. "Since becoming a ski racer at an early age, I have loved nothing better than to be in the mountains. Now I can do that full time."

Tamara has served on the board of numerous not-for-profit organizations and carries civil engineering licenses in California and Washington, Tamara . Prior to entering business, she was a professional ski racer and has a degree in Architectural Engineering from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

In her new duties Tamara will be administering onsite management for second homes and vacation rentals in the Greenwater and Crystal Mountain areas including condos, homes and cabins. These include maintenance and housekeeping as well as concierge services and House Watch Programs.

"It is a small close-knit community," said William May, President of Sunspots. "I have skied there for years and we have wanted to provide services there for years. So setting up the arrangement with PC and Tamara made that all possible."
