What a great place to celebrate my 50th birthday! I

What a great place to celebrate my birthday! I wake up yesterday to a French toast breakfast, complete with decorated kitchen. Since we lived in Alaska it’s been nice to be surrounded by mountains again, even if it’s odd to have so little snow. We also lived in Germany, so having German good, and buildings have been a real treat. We were even able to buy some of our favorite wooden angel ornaments and figurines. The ones we bought in Germany have lost their wings over the years. Ouch! Our "little ones" are 18 and 16 but they even sort of enjoyed the Ompah band last night. Even better for them is the fact that the condo has 3 TVs! Whereas we oldsters enjoyed the comfortable bed. Thanks for a great birthday weekend! — Karlynn, Andrew, Patrick and Daniel, Olympia, WA
