The location to Poipu Beach was great, It was equipped with everything a person or family would need. Air conditioning would be a must if you stayed there in the summer months. I would highly recommend the property. — Carol

Actually Carol you might find it not much warmer in summer. Very few Kauai homes have air conditioning because the temperature is very even year round.
