I agree. The time for a Vacation Rental MLS has come

I agree the time for a Vacation MLS has come. For years I bought ads on various website some of which worked and some of which did not. But Most of the operators treated me like a valued customer. Now with the advent of giant companies buying up the market ad costs have gone through the roof, results are pitiful and customer service is fallen through the floor.

I can still use the smaller site but the process of inputting, uploading and tracking of all of those has me worn out.

So when I read that someone has finally started a Multiple Listing Service I was ecstatic. It will cut costs, save me time and make money. After all, isn't that the idea? Now I can say goodbye to the giant money grabbing conglomerates who just really never had my best interests at heart. — Anonymous
